\nProvide skilled PT-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.:\n
\n
\nQualifications:\n
\n
\n• Graduate of an accredited PT program\n
\n
\n• Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required\n
\n
\n• SNF or post-acute experience preferred\n
\n
\n• Net Health knowledge preferred\n
\n
