Key Responsibilities- Oversee the comprehensive nursing needs of residents while embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, facilitating participation in the daily life of residents.
- Conduct thorough nursing evaluations and assessments.
- Initiate care plans as necessary and supervise resident care effectively.
- Coordinate assignments with care partners, ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction among team members.
Part-Time: Saturdays from 6 PM to 6 AM
CompensationHourly pay ranges from $40 to $48 based on experience, plus a $2 to $3 shift differential.
Qualifications- Active RN license in the state of application.
- Current CPR certification.
- Previous nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
