Job Opportunity: OB/GYN Physician

Our organization is looking for a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician to become part of our well-established and collaborative practice team located in Anacortes, Washington.

In this position, you will join a unified, multi-specialty group dedicated to providing the latest technological advancements and medical innovations to the surrounding communities. Physicians will have the chance to practice at the top of their license while benefiting from strong mentorship and a collaborative approach to patient care. Our Robotic Surgery Program, which began in 2025, features a DaVinci V surgical robot. While robotic experience is preferred, we also value excellent communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with referring physicians.

Position Details:
  • Full-time role with a 4-day work week
  • Combination of inpatient and outpatient care
  • 1:4 call schedule
  • Collaborate closely with a supportive multi-specialty group and staff
  • Utilize the integrated Meditech Expanse EMR platform across the organization
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Annual compensation ranging from $387,990 to $465,588
  • Eligibility for loan repayment programs, including PSLF
  • Competitive base salary guarantee along with productivity incentives for the first year
  • Comprehensive CME and professional society allowance
  • Malpractice coverage, Washington State Medical License, DEA, and medical staff dues covered by the organization

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Active Washington State Medical License or the ability to obtain one is required
