Demolition Construction 27 hr

We are currently hiring reliable and hardworking General Laborers for demolition restoration work. REQUIRES wearing a respirator. We provide training and respirator.

\n

This role involves a variety of physical tasks including demolition, packing, cleaning, and moving furniture and equipment. Experience preferred but not required. Will train the right candidates.

\n

Pay:
\n $27.00 per hour to start
\n Weekly pay

\n

Schedule:
\n Monday through Friday
\n Day shift starting at 7:00 AM
\n Up to 10-hour shifts

\n

\n Job Duties:
\n Perform heavy demolition and site prep
\n Pack and move furniture, equipment, and materials
\n General cleaning and debris removal
\n Support project team as needed

\n

\n Requirements:
\n Must be 18 years or older
\n Ability to perform physically demanding work and be on your feet for up to 10 hours
\n Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required
\n Must be able to wear a mask or respirator CLEAN SHAVEN- NO FACIAL HAIR
\n Steel-toed boots required and some basic hand tools. Multi cut tools are helpful.
\n Must be dependable and able to follow directions

MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION TO GET TO THE JOBSITE

\n Background Check:

Must be able to pass a background check with no felony convictions within 5 years \n
\n
This position can work into a fulltime permanent placement for the right candidates. Can also be a great job for college students over the next several weeks. \n
