Key Responsibilities- Provide 24-hour on-call coverage with minimal callbacks.
- Care for 1-3 newborns daily and up to 1 pediatric inpatient.
- Oversee Level I nursery operations.
- Participate in deliveries and manage complex cases by transferring them promptly.
- Board certification is mandatory.
- Current NRP and PALS certifications are required.
- Hospital privileges must be obtained.
This position involves a combination of on-call duties and hands-on patient care in a supportive environment.
