Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and professional Office Administrator for a full-time, onsite temp-to-hire opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA. This role supports a busy commercial property and operations environment with a diverse portfolio that may include office, retail, industrial, and infrastructure-related facilities.
The Office Administrator will be a key point of contact for visitors, tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and supporting a professional front-office experience.
- Coordinate communication between tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure requests, documentation, and follow-up items are handled efficiently.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper records, including leases, contracts, tenant files, insurance certificates, compliance documents, and operational records.
- Assist with lease administration, tenant onboarding, move-outs, renewals, expirations, deadlines, utility transfers, and related documentation.
- Update spreadsheets, databases, online property listings, marketing materials, and website content to support accurate property and availability information.
- Provide administrative support to accounting, facilities, leasing, leadership, and special projects, including meeting materials, office supplies, and general office coordination.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $45,000 to $55,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Work arrangement: Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA.
