Cullman Regional Medical Center, a well-established hospital-employed OB/GYN group in North Alabama, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to join a collaborative team due to an upcoming retirement. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established patient base with strong hospital support, limited inpatient responsibilities, and a highly desirable quality of life schedule. Position Highlights Hospital-employed OB/GYN position Established 4-physician practice with one upcoming retirement Strong Hospitalist program significantly limiting inpatient responsibilities Typical schedule includes 3 clinic days, 1 OR day, and no scheduled office hours on Fridays Approximately 1,000 deliveries annually Access to a newly opened NICU and strong specialty support Women’s Diagnostic Center with 3D Mammography Cerner EMR Opportunity to build a busy practice quickly within a growing community Compensation & Benefits $500K base salary $75K-$100K sign-on bonus $15K relocation assistance Negotiable student loan assistance PSLF eligible facility Full benefits package including retirement plans License and DEA reimbursement Position Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN Eligible for Alabama medical licensure Must live within 20 miles of the facility
