Physical Therapist

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to assist residents within our senior living facilities. In this position, you will:

• Evaluate residents' mobility and functional requirements.
• Develop personalized treatment strategies tailored to individual needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing strength, balance, and overall independence.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and caregiving teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Provide education to residents and their families regarding safety measures and home exercise routines.
