Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication with physicians, families, and other stakeholders regarding any significant changes in residents' health.
• Conduct all necessary assessments for residents.
• Administer wound care and perform assessments as required.
• Monitor residents for any changes in their condition.
• Provide leadership on the floor by evaluating and managing situations as they arise.
• Report any suspected cases of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
• Ensure accurate documentation of resident records through meticulous charting.

Qualifications

• A two-year nursing degree is required (a four-year degree is preferred).
• A valid Registered Nursing license in Wisconsin.
