Immediate Openings!! Material Handlers
Location: Burgaw Area
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift M-Th, 3:30pm-2:00am (Friday OT as needed)
Ambassador Personnel is seeking dependable and motivated Material Handlers to join a busy manufacturing facility in the Burgaw area. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills, gain valuable industry experience, and become part of a professional production team.
Position Responsibilities
Material Handlers will be responsible for:
- Preparing materials for production
- Setting up and operating manufacturing equipment
- Producing quality parts and products
- Inspecting equipment and finished pieces
- Performing minor machine maintenance
- Operating multiple machines as needed
- Following safety and production procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have:
- At least six months of machine operator or manufacturing experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- A high school diploma or GED
- The ability to stand for 8 or more hours per shift
- The ability to use hand tools and machine controls
- The ability to bend, twist, and turn throughout the workday
- The ability to lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly
