We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Acute Care team in Gainesville, FL. This position involves providing evidence-based physical therapy to patients who are medically complex or have recently undergone surgery, all within a dynamic hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate functional mobility and gait training.
• Actively engage in interdisciplinary rounds and assist with discharge planning.
• Document patient progress and treatment in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida.
