Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate LPN/RN to provide primary and preventive care for underserved patients in our faith-based clinic. In this collaborative, mission-driven role, you’ll room patients, obtain histories and vitals, administer medications and vaccines, perform point-of-care tests, support chronic disease management, provide patient education, and assist providers with procedures. You’ll document in the EHR, coordinate referrals, and reinforce whole-person, culturally sensitive care as part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to health equity and community wellbeing.
