Physical Therapist

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based assessments and treatments to a variety of patient groups within our Healthcare & Medical Services division. In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance functional outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and recovery strategies.
• Document patient progress accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
