Job Description
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 for RNs with over 2 years of acute care experience. New graduate RNs can receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Please note that eligibility and payout conditions apply, which will be discussed during the interview.
Compensation Details- Hourly Rate: $36.00 – $49.16
- Gross Earnings per 12-Hour Shift: $432.00 – $589.92 (before taxes and deductions; overtime compensated as per applicable laws)
- Shifts Available: 12-hour shifts including days, nights, and mid shifts

Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe, patient-centered care within the Oncology/Infusion Center, adhering to clinical standards and scope of practice.
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and infusion treatments to adult oncology patients with diagnosed malignancies.
- Provide direct care to patients in an infusion setting.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment responses and side effects.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and symptom management.
- Ensure compliance with oncology safety standards and hazardous drug handling protocols.
- Communicate clinical changes, lab results, and diagnostic findings to physicians.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold HIPAA compliance.
- Collaborate with the oncology care team to coordinate treatment and supportive care.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire, with maintenance of certification required.
- Oncology Nursing Certification is preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
