Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 for Experienced RNs with over 2 years in Acute Care. New Graduate RNs can receive a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus. Note: Bonus eligibility and payout conditions apply and will be discussed during the interview.

Compensation: $37.00–$51.28 per hour

Responsibilities:

The Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing safe, patient-focused perioperative care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care throughout the surgical process while working with the interdisciplinary team.

  • Administer perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and respond to any clinical changes.
  • Ensure a safe, sterile environment and adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Oversee and assist OR Technicians and support staff.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives, staff training, and unit projects.
  • Facilitate efficient patient flow, maintain accurate documentation, and deliver high-quality care.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:

Education, Experience, and Training:

  • Valid and current state RN License.
  • Current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain throughout employment.
  • Current ACLS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire and maintain thereafter.
  • Current PALS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire and maintain thereafter.
  • At least one year of prior Perioperative experience or relevant on-the-job training.
  • Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification (AORN) is preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

Pay Transparency: Our organization offers competitive pay, with a salary range of $37.00 to $51.28 per hour. The specific starting salary will be determined based on various factors, including skills, relevant experience, education, and credentials.
