Position Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $44.00 - $51.06 per hour
Shift Differential: Additional $2.00 for Evening and Night shifts
Available Schedules:
- Part-Time Night: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM on Tuesday & Saturday
- PRN: Day, Evening, Night, and Weekend shifts

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN will:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care through interpersonal interactions
- Provide services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards
- Assess patient needs continuously and adjust care plans based on any changes in their condition
- Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state, with an active license in good standing throughout employment
- Preferred: One year of experience in skilled nursing
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with ongoing maintenance of certification
- Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
- Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
