Key Responsibilities:- Provide call coverage with a 1:6 ratio and a 30-minute response time.
- Manage 8 to 12 patient encounters during each shift.
- Handle an average of 3 admissions per shift.
- Conduct approximately 8 phone consultations per shift.
- Perform rounding on assigned patients as required.
- Negotiated competitive pay, with weekly deposits.
