Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Primary Care / Urgent Care Location: Austell, GA Job Type: Contract Pay Rate: $74.87/hr Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Primary Care / Urgent Care Position Overview We are seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide evidence-based primary care services in a patient-focused outpatient clinic setting. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to deliver comprehensive healthcare services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic condition management, health counseling, and care coordination. This is an in-person, patient-facing role reporting to the Practice Manager. Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Primary Care / Urgent Care Schedule Full-time: 40 hours per week Clinic Hours:Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Orientation Schedule:Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week for 4 weeks Position requires flexibility to work weekends and possible holiday rotations
