Qualifications

\n
• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution required

• Board certification or board eligibility in family medicine, internal medicine, or pediatrics (depending on the practice setting) required

• Valid state medical license and DEA registration required
\n
• BLS/ACLS certification required
\n
