Key ResponsibilitiesAs a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN will:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
- Deliver care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions.
- Assign tasks, instruct, and offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
- Current licensure in the applicable state, with an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment.
- Make independent decisions when necessary.
- Deliver nursing care competently and knowledgeably.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
