- Work hours from 7 AM to 3 PM in-house, followed by out-of-house on-call duties.
- Handle 2 to 7 patients per shift, with 1 to 3 admissions daily.
- Experience in a Level II NICU and newborn nursery is essential; no pediatric floor or emergency department consultations are required.
- Prior experience in a Level I nursery, Level II NICU, and deliveries is mandatory.
- Coverage for leave is provided.
