Our organization is presenting a unique chance for a partnership track within a private practice setting. We maintain our independence and have the flexibility to manage our own schedules. Our practice focuses equally on obstetrics and gynecology, providing a balanced 50/50 split of patient care. You will have the distinct advantage of forming meaningful relationships with the patients you assist during delivery.

• Generous Time Off: Enjoy 4 weeks of vacation along with an additional 2 days off each month.
• Call Schedule: Participate in a 1:4 call rotation, with the convenience of being on call from home.
• Patient Management: On our busiest call days, we typically manage 4 patients in Labor & Delivery.
• Emergency Room Call: ER calls are exclusively for our patients.
• Work-Life Balance: Experience a work week of 4 to 4.5 days.
• Proximity: Practice out of a single hospital located just 2 miles from our office, with no office hours required on hospital call days.
