Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis for a manufacturing operation. This role partners closely with cross-functional leaders to drive financial performance, improve cost accuracy, support strategic initiatives, and provide actionable insights that influence key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Pay Details: $38.00 to $45.00 per hour

Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis for a manufacturing operation. This role partners closely with cross-functional leaders to drive financial performance, improve cost accuracy, support strategic initiatives, and provide actionable insights that influence key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, month-end close, and profit plan analysis.
- Partner with manufacturing and department managers to monitor budgets and financial performance.
- Develop business case analyses, ROI calculations, and capital investment justifications.
- Support commercial teams with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.
- Analyze conversion costs, including fixed and variable manufacturing expenses.
- Track productivity savings and key performance indicators (KPIs) through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review labor and benefit costs against budget and operational plans.
- Maintain standard costing accuracy and analyze manufacturing variances.
- Support World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Cost Deployment (CD) initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls, financial policies, and internal procedures.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and BlackLine account reconciliations.
- Prepare financial models, reports, and presentations for leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or manufacturing finance.
- 3+ years of experience using SAP Financial modules.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.
- Experience analyzing manufacturing costs and operational performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience supporting manufacturing leadership and senior management.
- Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and Cost Deployment (CD) methodologies.
- Experience developing dashboards and performing data analytics.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Experience preparing capital expenditure business cases and financial justifications.
Pay Details: $38.00 to $45.00 per hour
