We're hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner who wants to make a meaningful impact while enjoying an outstanding work-life balance and a mission-driven career.

You'll provide primary care aboard fully equipped mobile medical units serving schools and communities throughout Northwest Florida. Most of your day will be spent caring for children and adolescents through wellness visits, sports physicals, preventive care, acute illness treatment, and chronic disease management, while occasionally serving patients of all ages during community outreach events.

• You are a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
\n
• You enjoy caring for children, adolescents, and families

• You're comfortable practicing independently in a mobile clinical setting

• You value preventive medicine, community outreach, and team-based care
\n
• Primary care experience is preferred
\n
• Pediatric or school-based experience is a plus
\n

Compensation & Benefits

\n
• Base salary: $115,000 to $145,000 based on experience
\n
• Health insurance: Employer pays approximately 70%
\n
• Dental and vision insurance: Employer pays approximately 70%
\n
• Paid Time Off: 15 days plus 14 paid holidays
\n
• Retirement: 403(b) with employer contributions and matching
\n
• 457(b) retirement plan

• CME: $1,500 annual allowance plus 5 CME days
