Quick Facts Location: Longmont, CO — 1750 East Ken Pratt Boulevard Start Date: 06/20/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: Standard clinic/hospital hours; no emergency GYN coverage required Hours/week: Full-Time Employment Type: Permanent License/Certs: Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN Experience: Fellowship training or extensive minimally invasive surgical experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay package: $385,000–$407,000/year Additional Compensation: Potential productivity bonus Relocation package: Available to eligible candidates Benefits include: Medical, vision, dental insurance Life insurance and disability coverage Retirement plan: 403(b) with match + 457(b) deferred compensation Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance Paid malpractice insurance Generous paid time off Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive outpatient and surgical gynecologic care specializing in minimally invasive procedures Manage patients with complex endometriosis, including advanced surgical interventions Collaborate seamlessly with surgical teams including general, urologic, and interventional radiology Utilize robotic surgical systems with designated robotic procedure time Lead high-volume surgeries, performing 12–14 cases weekly Support patients throughout pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases Engage in a physician-led environment focusing on quality and patient outcomes What You Need Valid Colorado medical license or eligibility Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN Fellowship training in minimally invasive or complex gynecologic surgery highly preferred Proven surgical expertise, especially in endometriosis treatment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team About the Assignment This opportunity is with a leading facility in Longmont, Colorado, dedicated to high-quality, patient-centered gynecologic care.
