Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $358,000 - $447,000 (based on experience and specialty)
• Eligibility for productivity and quality-based incentives
• A comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, malpractice coverage, and a CME allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care in obstetrics and gynecology, encompassing both routine and high-risk obstetric services, gynecological surgeries, and preventive care.
• Mentor and supervise OB/GYN residents in both inpatient and outpatient environments, providing didactic instruction, hands-on training, and constructive feedback.
• Engage in clinical research and scholarly activities.
• Assist residents with their research projects and contribute to academic publications and presentations.
