• Procedures: 12 to 13 procedures per session in an endoscopy setting
• Type: Outpatient scope and endoscopy
• Required Procedures:
  • Lower GI endoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, and colonoscopy with polyp excision
  • Upper GI endoscopy with foreign body removal
• Hospital Privileges: Required
