Burgaw, NC 1st Shift $19.00/Hour
Are you mechanically minded, hands-on, and ready to build something great? Ambassador Personnel is hiring Machine Operators for an exciting manufacturing opportunity in the Burgaw area!
As a Machine Operator, you’ll play an important role in keeping production moving by preparing materials, setting up and operating machinery, inspecting equipment and finished products, and performing minor maintenance when needed. You may operate multiple machines in a fast-paced production environment—so every day brings a new challenge!
What You’ll Do
- Prepare materials needed for machine operation
- Set up and operate production machinery
- Inspect equipment and production pieces
- Perform minor machine maintenance
- Operate multiple machines as needed
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Help keep production running efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 months of machine operating or manufacturing experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift
- Comfortable using hand tools and machine controls
- Ability to bend, twist, and turn throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or GED required
- Dependable, safety-minded, and ready to be part of a team
Schedule & Pay
- 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
- Fridays and Saturdays as required
- Pay: $19.00 per hour
