Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented New Accounts Customer Service professional for a direct hire opportunity in Rocklin, CA within the banking and consumer lending industry. This role is ideal for an experienced banking customer service representative or teller who is ready to grow into a Client Service Representative II, III, or Senior-level position based on experience.
In this role, you will support consumer and business banking clients by opening accounts, processing transactions, recommending financial products, and ensuring account documentation meets regulatory requirements. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys building client relationships, providing accurate banking support, and contributing to branch success.

Key Responsibilities
- Open consumer accounts, basic business accounts, and complex business accounts while providing clear guidance on banking products and services.
- Process account-related transactions, including account maintenance, account closures, teller transactions, and related branch service needs.
- Cross-sell bank products and refer clients to appropriate team members or services based on financial needs.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and ensure compliance with bank policies, state and federal regulations, Bank Secrecy Act requirements, and information security standards.
- Support business clients with Treasury Services needs and assist with monthly business development calls.
- Deliver professional customer service in person and by phone while identifying at-risk customers and supporting client retention.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $52,000 to $64,840 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Rocklin, CA.
