What You'll Be Doing

\n
    \n
  • Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
  • \n
  • Operate a ball mill circuit and slag dryer to process materials efficiently while maintaining production and quality standards.
  • \n
  • Operate heavy equipment, including front-end loaders, to move materials throughout the plant.
  • \n
  • Collect material samples, perform basic quality control testing, and make process adjustments as needed to ensure product quality.
  • \n
  • Assist with routine plant maintenance and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting to support safe and reliable operations.
  • \n

What Are We Looking For

  • Experience operating heavy equipment, with front-end loader experience strongly preferred.
  • \n
  • Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
  • \n
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
  • \n
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • \n
  • Comfort working at heights and in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
  • \n
  • Quality control experience is not required; training will be provided for testing responsibilities.
  • \n
