  • Review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

  • Utilize dental software such as Dentrix for patient records management and scheduling.
  • \n
  • Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment.
  • \n
  • Assist in pediatric dentistry procedures as needed, ensuring a comfortable experience for young patients.
  • \n
  • Stay updated on dental terminology and advancements in dental care practices.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with dentists and other staff members to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • \n

Requirements

  • Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of infection control procedures and dental clinic operations.
  • \n
  • Experience with medical imaging techniques is preferred.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with Dentrix software is an advantage.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
  • \n
  • Ability to perform detailed documentation reviews while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • \n
  • Compassionate approach towards patient care, particularly in pediatric dentistry settings.
  • \n
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
