\n· 8+ years as an attorney practicing general business, real estate, and litigation;\n
\n
\n· Ability to prioritize multiple matters and projects and/or delegate work as needed;\n
\n
\n· Strong drafting and research skills;\n
\n
\n· Client-focused, with an ability to solve complex problems\n
\n
\n· Effective communication skills;\n
\n
\n· Leadership and project management skills, and\n
\n
\n· Self-motivated while being a team member.\n
