Tire Technicians play a vital role in a dynamic environment, ensuring cleanliness and friendliness in our service areas. You will engage with customers and drivers from diverse backgrounds, enhancing their travel experiences. • Take charge of the sale, removal, and installation of tires, including those for commercial vehicles, both in-shop and on the road.
• Oversee equipment repairs and maintain the store facility, including general housekeeping tasks.
• Lift and move items weighing over 75 pounds while working in confined spaces.
• Adapt to various temperature conditions while prioritizing customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by the organization.
