Join Our Team: We are seeking to expand our team, which currently includes 2 physicians and 5 Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNPs). This position is focused solely on outpatient care.
Practice Overview: Our clinic is a bustling environment with a high patient volume. The role involves minimal on-call responsibilities, limited to phone consultations. Key areas of focus include:
- Management of diabetes (Type I & II)
- Pump and sensor therapy
- Diabetes education
- Medical nutrition therapy
- Pump initiation
- Comprehensive endocrinology services
- Weight loss programs
Teaching Opportunities: This position also offers the chance to mentor Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents, as well as ARNP/PA students and medical students.
Compensation and Benefits- Base Salary: $286,989 per year
- Bonus Package: Up to $100,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000

QualificationsApplicants must be graduates of an accredited medical or osteopathic medical school and have completed a relevant residency program. Candidates should be board certified or board eligible and must be able to secure medical staff privileges at our facility. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team are essential. Candidates must hold or be eligible for a physician license in Iowa, as well as an Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and a Federal DEA Certificate.
