Supply Chain Logistics Specialist

Description: Coordinate the movement of products and materials between suppliers, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and customers. Enter shipment, order, and inventory information into company systems accurately. Prepare and process shipping, receiving, purchase order, invoice, and transportation documents. Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and customers to ensure on-time deliveries. Schedule shipments and arrange transportation while supporting daily logistics operations. Update ERP systems (SAP), Excel spreadsheets, and company databases with shipment and inventory information. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management activities. Track raw materials and finished goods throughout the supply chain. Resolve routine shipping and delivery issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary. Prepare logistics and shipment reports while supporting transportation cost optimization. Assist with managing vendors, third-party warehouses, shipping containers, and import shipments. Perform routine logistics and supply chain tasks while maintaining accurate documentation.
