\nAs a Medical Oncology Advanced Practice Provider, you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient?centered cancer care. In this role, you will provide high?quality care to adults with cancer diagnoses, including developing treatment plans, managing symptoms, and working closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary oncology team. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessmentssuch as detailed histories and physical examinationsand supporting patients through complex decision?making and care transitions. Your work will play a key role in ensuring a seamless, compassionate experience for patients and their families.

- This position includes up to $7,500 in relocation assistance, if applicable \n
- Your work schedule will be Monday- Friday, 8:00 am 5:00pm \n
- Practice Location: Intermountain Health Intermountain Medical Center \n

Clinical Responsibilities:\n
- \n
- Serve as medical oncology in-patient consult service providing care to patients when admitted \n
- Manage chemotherapy clearance for inpatient administration and assist the Primary Medical Team with Oncology Specific symptom management and assessments \n
- Independently evaluate patients and work in collaboration with On-call Physicians, Primary Hospital Medical Team, and other consulting services \n

\n\nWhat youll bring:

- APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program \n
- Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline \n
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider required \n
- Oncology experience required \n
- Preferred Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification or willingness to obtain upon hire \n
- Demonstrated strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast?paced, team?oriented environment \n
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one \n
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one \n
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process \n
