With a proven track record of delivering effective support services, in 2025, we helped house over 1,500 individuals and provided support to over 600 of our service users, helping them to achieve their personal goals and lead fulfilling lives in their new country.We are now looking for a Support and Integration Officer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm.Our Commitment to You- Salary of £28,271 per annum- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays- Pension- Flexible working- Employee Recognition Programme- Training and development opportunities- Employee Assistance Programme- Social gatherings and staff retreats- A fully stocked staffroom!This is a meaningful opportunity for a compassionate support professional with experience providing culturally sensitive advice and working with people who have complex needs to join our purpose-driven organisation.Youll have the chance to help refugees rebuild their lives with confidence, supporting them to overcome barriers, access vital services and move towards lasting independence.Whats more, youll join a team that is actively challenging inequality and creating real change, while benefiting from flexible working, training and development opportunities and a culture that recognises and supports its people.So, if youre ready to use your skills to help people feel at home, regain control and build brighter futures, read on and apply today.The RoleAs a Support and Integration Officer, you will provide person-centred support, advice and guidance that enables refugees to successfully resettle and build independent lives.Working with a dedicated caseload, you will carry out assessments and develop tailored support plans, providing practical and culturally sensitive support across areas including housing, finance, education, employment, health and immigration.You will also help individuals develop essential life skills, access services and opportunities, and progress towards independent accommodation.Additionally, you will:- Carry out pre-tenancy assessments for new referrals- Review and update person-centred support plans- Signpost tenants to external agencies and referral partners- Organise house meetings and community trips- Prepare move-on plans and support access to independent accommodationAbout YouTo be considered as a Support and Integration Officer, you will need:- Experience providing advice and guidance, advocacy and culturally sensitive support- Experience and knowledge of working with people with complex/multiple support needs- The ability to maintain accurate records and manage a caseload- An understanding of the importance of safeguarding, in relation to working with vulnerable adults- Strong organisational and planning skills- Strong verbal and written communication skills- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicleDue to the nature of this post, an enhanced DBS check will be undertaken for successful applicants, but only with their prior consent.The closing date for this role is 18th August 2026.We are actively interviewing, and we may close this advert at any time.
