Quantity Surveyor

One of the UKs largest property maintenance contractors in Hampshire is seeking a part time QS working on one of their many Hampshire County Council projects covering roofing works .Responsibilities:Measurement, pricing and evaluation of tendersCost managementCVR reporting and forecastingManagement and administration of sub-contractor accountsProducing and submitting applications for paymentAgreement of final accounts and completion of required client documentation to facilitate client approvalKnowledge / Experience:Professional Qualification (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalentAbility to demonstrate a good knowledge of monthly reportingExcellent team player whilst also holding the ability to work independently on own initiative.Excellent time management skills, with ability to work to tight deadlinesOn offer:Competitive salary for this part time role, car allowance & pension.PLEASE NOTE : Candidates need to reside no more than 1 hour from the Portsmouth region.This role might suit for example a parent whose is looking for flexible working hours and in return working for a Hampshire based contractor offering longevity and genuine flexibility.TPBN1_UKTJ
