Maintenance EngineerWalsall£54,000 + 5% Bonus4 on 4 off Days & Nights (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)10% Pension + Overtime (1.5x, 2x)A large-scale manufacturing business is looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer to join a highly productive, automated production facility.This is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment on automated equipment including conveyors, robotics and automated production systems.The RoleAs a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:Reactive maintenance and fault finding across all production machineryWorking on conveyors, packaging lines, slicing equipment and roboticsWorking safely within control panels and isolating equipment correctlySupporting planned preventative maintenance activities when requiredWhat We're Looking ForTo be considered for this Maintenance Engineer position, you should have:A recognised engineering qualification equivalent to a Level 3 or above (NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC, ONC, HNC etc.)Previous experience within manufacturing or automated productionStrong fault-finding skills across electrical and mechanical systemsA positive attitude with willingness to learn and developWhat's On Offer?£54,000 salary + 5% bonusAverage earnings around £60,000 with overtime10% pension schemeEnhanced overtime rates at 1.5x and 2xExtensive training including Siemens PLCs and inverter systemsClear progression opportunities into team leader, management or specialist engineering rolesBrand-new, heavily invested manufacturing siteThis Maintenance Engineer role would suit engineers from manufacturing, heavy industrial, building products, FMCG, recycling, automotive or process environments.If you're interested, please apply today or contact Faisal on or at to register your interest.ATA is committed to creating a diverse workforce and is an equal opportunities employer.
