Morson Edge are currently working with an award-winning landscape architecture practice to recruit a Landscape Architect for their growing studio based within the South Downs National Park.This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and design-focused team delivering a broad range of projects across all stages of the landscape architecture process, from planning and concept design through to technical delivery and construction oversight.The OpportunityWe are looking to speak with Landscape Architects who have either:Job running experience within a landscape architecture practice orChartered status (CMLI) or are working towards chartershipYou will join a close-knit and supportive team working across a diverse portfolio of projects spanning planning studies, public realm, residential, education, and wider landscape-led developments.The role offers genuine involvement in both project delivery and wider business initiatives, with staff encouraged to contribute to areas such as sustainability, marketing, IT and practice development.Role OverviewYou will support and lead projects across multiple work stages, taking ownership of design packages and liaising closely with clients, consultants and contractors.The successful candidate will enjoy working within a collaborative studio environment with strong emphasis on creativity, sustainability and professional development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead or support landscape architecture projects across all RIBA stagesProduce design drawings, reports and technical packagesSupport planning studies and landscape-led design workCoordinate with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project deliveryAttend site visits and oversee construction stages where requiredContribute to wider studio initiatives and collaborative working groupsEssential Skills & ExperienceExperience within a landscape architecture practiceJob running experience or Chartered Landscape Architect status preferredStrong design and technical delivery skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environmentExcellent communication and organisational skillsFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle highly desirableDesirableExperience across planning, design and delivery stagesPassion for sustainable and landscape-led design approachesChartered status (CMLI) or working towards chartershipWhat's on OfferSalary ranging from £32,000 – £45,000 depending on experienceHybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days home)Flexible working hours28 days annual leave including bank holidaysAdditional 3 day Christmas shutdown leaveBirthday leavePaid CPD leave and training opportunitiesPension scheme and Death in Service coverRegular team events, socials and collaborative studio cultureFree parking onsiteIf you are a Landscape Architect looking to join a supportive, award-winning practice with a varied project portfolio and strong team culture, please apply with your CV for a confidential discussion.TPBN1_UKTJ
