Our client is a well-established specialist in bespoke joinery, fine cabinetry, and interior fit-out, delivering high-quality interiors across the hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors.Operating from a modern manufacturing facility, they combine advanced production methods with expert craftsmanship to deliver premium joinery packages for a range of prestigious interior projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint a Joinery Draughtsman to join their technical team.Joinery Draughtsman Role Description As a Joinery Draughtsman, you will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings for bespoke joinery and cabinetry packages, supporting projects from design through to manufacture and installation.Working closely with designers, project managers, and workshop teams, you will ensure drawings are accurate, practical to manufacture, and aligned with client specifications.This opportunity would suit someone with solid joinery drafting experience looking to further develop their career within a high-quality bespoke manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities Produce detailed technical drawings for bespoke joinery and cabinetryInterpret design, architectural, and construction drawingsCreate workshop drawings, construction details, and material schedulesLiaise with project and production teams to ensure smooth project deliveryAssist in resolving technical and manufacturing challengesEnsure drawings meet project specifications and installation requirementsSupport efficient material usage and practical build solutionsJoinery Draughtsman Candidate Requirements Previous experience as a Joinery Draughtsman, CAD Technician, or Technical DesignerGood technical understanding of joinery construction and manufacturing processesProficiency in AutoCAD (essential)Experience using 3D modelling software would be beneficialKnowledge of materials such as hardwoods, veneers, laminates, and specialist finishesAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsGood communication and teamwork skillsDesirable Project Experience Experience working within any of the following would be advantageous:Bespoke joineryCabinet makingInterior fit-outHospitality projectsHigh-end residential projectsWhats On Offer?
