ABOUT YOUAs a Stability Coordinator, Intertek is recruiting for a motivated, organised and quality-focused individual to join our expanding team in Melbourn. Due to continued investment and sustained growth at our cGMP laboratory, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a highly regulated, quality-driven environment.Primarily, the role will work as an integral part of the Stability Team, supporting the coordination and execution of pharmaceutical stability studies while ensuring compliance with GMP, regulatory and quality standards.We recognise and reward capability and contribution, offering genuine development and progression opportunities based on performance.Required skills and experience:Strong quality mindset with the ability to work accurately in accordance with established proceduresGood organisational skills with strong attention to detailClear written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExperience working within a GMP or regulated pharmaceutical environment (desirable)Experience of controlled climate rooms, cabinets or pharmaceutical stability operations (beneficial)Qualifications in a scientific discipline and/or quality control, or relevant industry experienceABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYOn a daily basis, you will coordinate and support pharmaceutical stability activities, ensuring samples, records and equipment are managed accurately and compliantly within a GMP laboratory environment.Key activities:Coordination of pharmaceutical stability activities in compliance with current GMP and regulatory requirementsDay-to-day operation of stability storage areas and specialist stability equipmentPerform routine and ad-hoc sample storage, retrieval and removal activitiesMaintain accurate hard-copy and electronic records for all stability studiesOrganise and dispatch samples to internal and external customersSupport preventative maintenance activities and equipment qualificationPlan and organise workload effectively to meet agreed timelinesCommunicate clearly within the stability and wider laboratory teamsDemonstrate a proactive, detail-focused and solution-oriented approachWork priorities agreed with the Stability Team Leader, with increasing autonomy as experience developsWHAT WE OFFERJoin Intertek and become part of our global network of inspiring and entrepreneurial colleagues.
