You'll play an essential role in helping each person live a fulfilling life, supporting independence while ensuring care is delivered with dignity and respect.Who you will be supportingThe people you'll support enjoy a range of engaging and enriching activities, including:Hydrotherapy and swimmingSensory sessions and music activitiesTheatre trips, cinema and arts & craftsDay trips along the rivers and outings in the communityThey live together in a shared home, with some maintaining close relationships with their families, who visit regularly. A sense of humour, warmth and a positive team approach will help you thrive here.What you will be doingThis is a varied and rewarding role where every day is different.
