Job Description

A leading UK civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced MEICA Project Manager to provide expert leadership and deliver MEICA projects from inception through to completion.Responsibilities of MEICA Project Manager:Manage and deliver MEICA projects safely, to specification, on programme and within budgetLead NEC contract administration including early warnings, compensation events, and cost controlManage and report on operational and financial targets, programme management, and supply chain performanceBuild and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycleLead and promote a positive safety culture with a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe practicesCoordinate with designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage technical and delivery interfacesIdentify, manage, and resolve risks, tracking costs and benefits and providing reports as requiredSupport continuous improvement by capturing and embedding lessons learnedBuild and sustain capacity and capability within the project teamEssential Requirements:Proven experience as a MEICA Project Manager delivering projects of varying complexityStrong knowledge of NEC contract administration and requirementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong leadership qualities with a methodical, detail-oriented approachAbility to manage a varied workload and work effectively under pressureDesirable:Degree, HND, or HNC in a relevant discipline10+ years' experience managing multiple MEICA projectsMember of APM or equivalent professional bodySMSTS qualification and CSCS cardFirst Aid qualificationTPBN1_UKTJ
