Foot Mobile AC Engineer Location: Euston Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Salary: Circa £48,000 Benefits: Company Bonus, plenty of overtime on offer Working with a team of engineers, the main focus of the Foot Mobile AC Engineer will be to carry out service maintenance works on a key public sector contract consisting of three sites. The successful AC Engineer will provide a professional service to clients working on a varied selection of Air Conditioning systems. Job DutiesCarry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client siteComplete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk AssessmentsProvide Further works reports where requiredLiaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works requiredUpdate contract managers with relevant client or site informationInform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset managementThe Person Completed applicable apprenticeship and possess relevant AC and Refrigeration industry qualifications. Including up to date Safe Handling (2079)Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environmentA continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industryProven technical knowledge of a wide spectrum of Air Conditioning systems and plant including that of: VRF, VRVS, AHU's, Coldroom's and Specialist RefrigerationAbility to develop and be part of a team. Manage their own time, works and paperworkCapable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospectivePositive attitude “can do will do”.Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on siteTPBN1_UKTJ
