The position involves travel to customer sites carrying out servicing, maintenance, inspections, and general engineering support activities.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service throughout.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned servicing, maintenance, and site-based engineering workComplete RAMS, service reports, and associated documentation accurately and on timeEnsure all work is completed in line with company health & safety proceduresMaintain company vehicle, tools, and PPE to a high standardSupport installation and improvement projects where requiredCommunicate effectively with management and customers regarding site progress and requirementsAssist colleagues and support wider engineering operations when neededIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement within engineering and service processesRequirementsPrevious experience within a field-based engineering, maintenance, or service roleStrong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding abilityComfortable working within industrial or manufacturing environmentsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsGood organisational and communication skillsFlexible approach to travel and overnight staysFull UK Driving LicenceIPAF, CSCS, RTITB, or similar industry certificationsFamiliarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office packagesFirst Aid trainedPackage & BenefitsBasic salary of £32,000 £35,000Overtime paid at enhanced ratesNight shift allowanceCompany van, mobile phone, and tabletPension schemeProfit share schemePrivate medical insuranceLife assuranceEmployee Assistance Programme25 days holiday plus bank holidaysThis role would suit a motivated engineer looking for a long-term opportunity offering variety, autonomy, and excellent earning potential through overtime and travel allowances.TPBN1_UKTJ
