Electrical Project Manager - Data CentreEast London£70,000-£90,000 + Bonus + 24 Days Holiday + Healthcare + PensionA leading turnkey contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join its team and lead the delivery of a major £20m M&E value Data Centre project in East London.With an outstanding reputation for delivering projects across the data centre, commercial, critical infrastructure and fit-out sectors, the business continues to secure prestigious projects through long-term client relationships and technical excellence.The RoleReporting to the Project Director, you will take ownership of the electrical package from construction through to commissioning and handover.The successful candidate will have the capability to step into an MEP Lead position, coordinating both Mechanical and Electrical services while driving programme, quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the electrical delivery of a £10m M&E value Data Centre projectManage the electrical package from construction through to commissioning and handoverCoordinate Mechanical and Electrical services as the project MEP LeadManage subcontractors, suppliers and specialist contractorsReview technical submissions, drawings, RFIs and design informationMonitor programme, quality, commercial performance and project milestonesChair progress, coordination and client meetingsManage procurement, commissioning, testing and handover activitiesEnsure Health & Safety compliance across all project activitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and the wider project teamExperience & RequirementsProven experience as an Electrical Project Manager delivering major building services projectsPrevious experience on Data Centres, critical infrastructure or technically complex commercial projectsStrong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical coordinationExperience leading large M&E packages through the full project lifecycleCapability to act as the MEP Lead on major projectsStrong commercial awareness and programme management skillsExcellent client-facing and leadership abilitiesQualificationsRelevant Electrical qualificationECS Black Card or equivalentSMSTSFull UK Driving LicenceSkillsExcellent leadership and communication skillsStrong technical knowledge of electrical building servicesAbility to coordinate multidisciplinary teamsCommercial awareness with a solutions-focused approachStrong planning and organisational skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityThe OpportunityThis is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly respected contractor on a flagship Data Centre project, with the autonomy to lead a major electrical package and the opportunity to establish yourself as the MEP Lead .You'll be joining a collaborative business that invests heavily in its people, offering genuine long-term career progression while delivering technically demanding projects for some of the UK's leading clients.Package£70,000-£90,000 basic salaryPerformance bonus24 days annual leave plus bank holidaysPrivate healthcarePension schemeLong-term career progressionOpportunity to work on flagship Data Centre and critical infrastructure projectsTPBN1_UKTJ
