Sales Order Processing Manager?? £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits | Immediate OpportunityAre you an experienced Sales Order Processing professional who enjoys improving processes, developing teams and driving operational excellence?We are looking for a Sales Order Processing Manager to lead a small team responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of customer and supplier orders. This role will have a particular focus on overseeing, developing and streamlining the Sales Order Processing (SOP) function to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.The RoleLead, coach and develop a team of 3Oversee the end-to-end Sales Order Processing functionEnsure customer and supplier orders are processed accurately and efficientlyReview and improve SOP workflows, procedures and best practicesIdentify process improvements and remove operational bottlenecksMonitor KPIs and drive performance across the departmentWork closely with Sales, Purchasing, Quality and Operations teamsResolve escalated order, customer and supplier queriesEnsure service levels are maintained and continuously improvedAct as the voice of the team, ensuring operational priorities are represented across the businessAbout YouPrevious experience managing or overseeing a Sales Order Processing functionStrong understanding of order management, customer service and operational processesExperience within sales operations, customer operations, supply chain, purchasing or a similar environmentProven ability to identify and implement process improvementsExperience leading, mentoring or supervising a teamStrong customer focus and stakeholder management skillsConfident using KPIs and reporting data to drive decision-makingHighly organised with exceptional attention to detailA proactive approach with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environmentWhat's On Offer?? £35,000 - £40,000 salary (negotiable)?
