Are you a commercially driven Key Account Manager who thrives on building long-term client relationships and driving growth within a fast-paced retail environment?We are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and rapidly growing UK business specialising in sustainable, design-led promotional products supplied to an impressive portfolio of retail, e-commerce, and national accounts. With a strong reputation for quality, creativity, and exceptional service, the business partners with well-known brands, visitor attractions, independent retailers, and major commercial organisations across the UK and internationally.Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint two ambitious Key Account Managers to join a collaborative and high-performing commercial team.The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced account management professional to take ownership of an established customer base whilst also identifying and developing new business opportunities.You will work closely with retail buying teams and key decision-makers, leading commercial discussions, developing bespoke product solutions, and driving sustainable revenue growth.This role would suit someone with experience working with department stores, visitor attractions, garden centres, national retail accounts, promotional merchandise, giftware, or e-commerce clients.Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accountsBuild strong, long-term client relationshipsIdentify and secure new business opportunitiesLead commercial negotiations on pricing, product ranges, and promotionsDeliver engaging, data-driven sales presentations and proposalsWork collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer deliveryManage sales administration including quotations, CRM updates, and order processingContribute towards overall business sales growth and commercial strategyAbout You Proven experience within Key Account Management, Account Management, or B2B SalesStrong commercial awareness and understanding of retail environmentsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsComfortable working with buying teams and senior stakeholdersOrganised, proactive, and highly customer-focusedStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify commercial opportunitiesConfident using CRM systems, Excel, and Microsoft OfficeMotivated by targets, growth, and delivering resultsWhats On Offer Opportunity to join a growing and highly respected businessGenuine long-term career progressionSupportive and collaborative working cultureExposure to major retail and national accountsVaried and commercially focused role with autonomy and ownershipCompetitive salary and benefits packagePlease note: This is a full-time office-based position, with occasional travel and overnight stays required.TPBN1_UKTJ
