This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideal for someone with experience in gluing operations, packaging machinery, or similar industrial processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate multi-point gluing machines to ensure accurateHigh-quality product outputOptimise and monitor machine performance,adjust settings and perform routine maintenance as neededInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specificationsTroubleshoot issues and communicate with the maintenance team when necessaryMaintain a clean and safe working environmentComplete production records and follow company proceduresTo work safely in accordance with Smurfit Westrock proceduresSkills, Experience & QualificationsPrevious experience operating multi-point glue machines (preferred)Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and job sheetsComfortable working to deadlines and production targetsStrong teamwork and communication skillsThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate and value safe working and be able to communicate effectively throughout our business including suppliers.Location & HoursWe are hiring a Mutti Point Gluer Operator working a continental 12hour rota shift pattern at our industry leading conversion plant on junction 29a of the M1.
